Qualifications

• Licensed as a Primary Care Physician by the state of practice.
• Board Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine preferred unless contract requires otherwise.
• Specialty Certification as per client request/state regulations.
• One year of experience as a Primary Care Physician preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care including routine examinations, diagnostic testing, assessments and screenings.
• Prescribe treatments and offer patient and family education on health conditions and treatment options.
• Collaborate with advanced practitioners as required by state/facility.
