Dennia Beard State Farm Insurance seeks a part-time Content Creator to capture authentic moments and craft engaging content for our local brand. You’ll work closely with the agency owner to showcase people, culture and the community in Benton, AR.

Responsibilities include daily office life content, event coverage, and editing for social channels, while maintaining brand voice and calendar planning. Flexible 15-20 hour weeks offered.

Qualifications

• Experience creating content for social media.
• Comfortable using an iPhone and basic editing software.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation for local events.
• Ability to work approximately 15-20 hours per week with a flexible schedule.
• Photography and video editing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Capture photos and videos of daily office life, customer experiences, community events, and team activities.
• Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, Facebook and other social platforms.
• Create graphics, captions, and social media content aligned with our brand voice.
• Work with Agency Owner to plan and organize weekly content.
• Maintain a content calendar and schedule posts.
• Brainstorm creative campaign ideas that increase engagement and community awareness.
• Assist with community events, sponsorships, and promotional activities.
• Help maintain a consistent visual style across all marketing platforms.
• Stay informed on current social media trends while protecting the professionalism of the State Farm brand.
