HireQuest Direct in the Tacoma/Sumner area is seeking reliable individuals to help unload construction materials such as cabinets, doors, and windows at various job sites. This is a great opportunity for part-time, flexible work in construction and logistics.

You will lift up to 100 lbs, wear full PPE, travel to sites, and follow safety protocols while coordinating with site leads and dispatch. A strong work ethic and punctuality are required for consistent performance.

Qualifications

• Must have physical stamina for heavy lifting and long periods of walking.
• Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and handle physical labor.
• Reliable transportation to and from multiple job sites.

Responsibilities

• Unload materials weighing up to 75 to 100 lbs from delivery trucks.
• Safely move materials to designated areas on site.
• Navigate job sites, which may include stairs depending on location.
• Follow site safety protocols at all times.
• Communicate clearly with site leads and dispatch as needed.
