Papa, Inc. is hiring part-time Papa Pals in McCammon, ID to provide companionship and support to older adults and families. This role offers flexible, self-created schedules via Papa’s mobile app and hourly visits typically 2–4 hours, with compensation up to $16 per hour and mileage reimbursement.

Applicants should be 21+, able to communicate in English, have a valid US driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a smartphone; background checks are required as part of eligibility.

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Vehicle insurance in applicant’s name on policy.
• Access to a smartphone.
• Access to a vehicle year [VEHICLE_YEAR] or newer.
• Kind-hearted, patient and caring personality.
• Available to work 2+ hours per week.
• No prior healthcare or caregiving experience required.

Responsibilities
