Job summary

Papa, Inc. in Longwood, FL is seeking part-time companion caregivers to support older adults and families. Earn up to $17.00 per hour with bonuses and mileage reimbursement in certain locations.

Work on your own flexible schedule via our mobile app, selecting from 2-4 hour visits. Requirements include being at least 21, English communication, valid US driver's license and auto insurance, background check, smartphone, and access to a vehicle.

Qualifications

• Age 21 or older.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Valid U.S. issued driver’s license and vehicle insurance with your name on the policy.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Pass a background check and motor vehicle report.
• Access to a smartphone and a vehicle or newer.
• Kind‑hearted, patient, and caring personality.
• No prior caregiving or healthcare experience required.
• Available to work 2 or more hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide part‑time companionship and assistance to older adults and families.
• Help around the house, run errands, and provide transportation as needed.
• Offer friendly company, conversation, and a supportive presence.
