Job summary

Papa in Sebring, FL is seeking part-time companion caregivers to provide uplifting companionship and practical help to older adults and families. You’ll assist with light household tasks, run errands, provide transportation, and offer friendly, reliable company.

No prior caregiving experience is required. You will work with a flexible schedule, using our mobile app to pick from hourly visits (typically 2–4 hours each) and can build a routine that fits your life while earning up to $17 per hour

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate in English.
• Kind-hearted, patient, and caring.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver's license.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Able to pass a background check.
• Able to pass a motor vehicle report.
• Proof of vehicle insurance in name of applicant.
• Access to a smartphone.
• Access to a vehicle [VEHICLE_YEAR] or newer.

Responsibilities
