Papa is hiring part-time companion caregivers in Seatac, WA. Earn up to $18.00/hr with flexible scheduling via the mobile app and bonuses where available. This role offers meaningful, flexible work in your local community.

As a Papa Pal, you’ll provide companionship, light housework, errands, transportation, and friendly company to older adults and families. You’ll use your own vehicle where required, and enjoy a self‑directed schedule that fits your life and is designed around yours.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
• Access to a smartphone.
• Access to a vehicle 2013 or newer.
• Able to pass a background check and a motor vehicle report.
• No prior caregiving experience required.
• Available to work 2+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide part-time companionship to older adults and families.
• Help with light housework and errands.
• Provide transportation as needed.
• Create a friendly, supportive presence.
