Lifetime Assistance, Inc. is seeking a Community Support Professional to help individuals with developmental disabilities live independently in Rochester, NY.

This part-time role offers meaningful in-home support, flexible 20–29 hour weeks, and a starting pay of $19.49–$20.52 per hour plus mileage reimbursement. You will provide one-on-one community-based assistance, assist with daily living tasks, transport to appointments, and maintain careful documentation, while enjoying a $1,000 welcome

Qualifications

• Must have valid NYS driver’s license with at least 2 years of continuous driving.
• Reliable personal vehicle—fully insured and registered.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one community-based support in individuals’ homes.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as grocery shopping, meal prep, and budgeting.
• Transport individuals to appointments or events using your vehicle.
• Maintain documentation and safety/compliance standards.
