• Ensure safety and well-being of individuals in all settings.
• Provide supportive companionship and positive role modeling.
• Build trusting relationships with individuals and families.
• Document service activities within 24 hours to support compliance and billing.
• Provide transportation to appointments, activities, and community outings.
• Support goal development and skill-building for independence.
• Communicate schedule changes, lateness, or absences promptly with supervisors and families.
