Qualifications
- Active pharmacy license in the state of employment.
- Immunization certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List; free of felonies involving controlled substances.
Responsibilities
- Lead with patient care and safety in the pharmacy.
- Oversee Pharmacy Technician Support Staff under Pharmacy Manager guidance.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance within the pharmacy.
- Manage inventory, workflow, and financial profitability.
- Address customer questions and provide professional pharmacological guidance.
- Support development of patient care programs to improve health outcomes.
