Qualifications

Minimum of two years in community relations, outreach, nonprofit engagement, or related field.
Excellent public speaking and presentation abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized with time management and follow-through.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM or outreach management software preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strategic relationships with healthcare providers, schools, churches, social service agencies, businesses, and referral partners.
Represent the organization at community events, health fairs, conferences, and outreach opportunities.
Coordinate community presentations, tours, and informational meetings to promote services.
Collaborate with Marketing & Communications to support campaigns and messaging.
Maintain records of outreach activities and prepare monthly outreach reports.
