Job summary

CAHEC Management, Inc. is seeking a part-time Community Manager in Charleston, SC to oversee the day-to-day operations of an affordable housing community.

You will lead leasing, collect rents, manage certifications and recertifications, maintain resident files, and ensure compliance and property administration. This hands-on role requires strong organization and decision-making skills to keep the property well-maintained and financially healthy.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and data management software.
