Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field and one year of MH/DD experience OR 60 credits in human services plus two years’ MH/DD experience.
• Residential experience with MH/DD population preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills; flexibility and patience.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, role modeling, and skill coaching to participants with MH/DD and/or challenging behaviors.
• Ensure interactions support recovery-oriented social and emotional development and progress toward goals.
• Monitor goal achievement and assist in developing new plans.
