Job summary

360clean is seeking dependable Janitorial Cleaning Team Members to maintain clean facilities in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for floors, dusting, restrooms, glass surfaces, trash removal, and equipment operation while adhering to safety and attendance policies.

Experience is not required, but reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential. We offer certified training, competitive pay, advancement opportunities, and a schedule that fits

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Smartphone required for time tracking.

Responsibilities

• Sweep or vacuum and damp mop hard surface floors and carpets.
• Dust surfaces, furniture and other horizontal/vertical surfaces.
• Clean restrooms including toilets, urinals, counters and floors.
• Replenish restroom supplies and maintain glass surfaces.
• Dispose of trash and replace liners as needed.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as vacuums.
• Work effectively with other team members.
• Follow company procedures and safety policies, including time and attendance.

Job Description:

360clean, a local commercial cleaning franchise, is now hiring Janitorial Cleaning Team Members.

We are looking for dependable team members who take pride in their work, are detail oriented and are able to work independently.

Job Duties:

• Sweep or Vacuum and damp mop hard surface floors and vacuum carpeted floors
• Dust work surfaces, furniture and other horizontal and vertical surfaces
• Clean restrooms including toilets, urinals, partitions, sinks, counters, mirrors, floors and walls
• Replenish restroom dispensers with paper products and soap
• Clean entrance glass and other interior glass
• Remove trash from containers and replace torn or soiled liners
• Operate and maintain equipment such as vacuum cleaners
• Work effectively with other team members
• Conduct all work in accordance with company procedures - including safety, door lock, time & attendance and uniform policies
• Attendance and being punctual for the start of your shift must be a priority. There is 0 tolerance for excessive absenteeism
