Job summary

Lip Lab in SoHo Wooster is seeking a Retail Flex Color Expert to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a creative cosmetic environment. This part-time role requires at least 15 hours per month on peak days (Sat-Sun) and the ability to stand for long shifts while engaging customers with color artistry.

Qualifications

• Strong background in guest/customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal communication and ability to engage with guests.
• Comfortable writing and sharing information clearly.
• Passion for makeup artistry and color.
• Willingness to stand 6–8 hours per shift and lift light objects.

Responsibilities

• Provide entertaining and exceptional guest experiences from arrival to checkout.
• Follow Lip Lab standards and GMP guidelines at all times.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and team to maintain an inclusive store environment.
