Job summary

Mains’l in Chico, CA seeks a part-time College Support Professional to assist adults with developmental concerns in our college program. You will help students navigate campus resources, break down assignments, find tutors, and learn independent living skills.

The role requires a reliable vehicle, strong communication, and empathy. Hours are 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with pay starting at $18.25/hour and potential up to $19.25/hour based on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience working with college students and/or people with disabilities.
• Ability to navigate college campuses and utilize student resources.
• Own vehicle with valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Support students in navigating Chico State and Butte County campuses.
• Break down homework into clear steps and help students stay organized.
• Assist students in finding appropriate tutors.
• Help students learn how to live independently.
• Utilize community resources to support students.
