Qualifications

• Proficiency with Kirkpatrick evaluation model and applying it to learning outcomes.
• Local knowledge of Thousand Oaks or ability to relocate and establish roots quickly.
• Background in Special Education with ability to adapt and support diverse learners, plus capacity to learn Google Classroom rapidly.
• Demonstrated reliability and ability to work with minimal supervision in a part-time setting.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet shared goals.
