Prospect Park Borough is seeking a qualified Part-time Code Enforcement Officer to enforce ordinances and codes regarding property maintenance, zoning, housing, and other municipal regulations. The role includes inspections, handling resident complaints, documenting violations, issuing notices, and maintaining records while coordinating with property owners, contractors, Borough officials, and other agencies to ensure compliance.

A valid New Jersey driver\'s license is required.

Responsabilités

• Enforce Borough ordinances and state/local codes relating to property maintenance, zoning, housing, and other regulations.
• Conduct inspections and respond to resident complaints.
• Document violations and issue notices and summonses when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records and coordinate with property owners, contractors, Borough officials, and other agencies to ensure compliance.
• Conduct field inspections and prepare detailed reports and documentation.
