Brooks Rehabilitation seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver direct and indirect patient care under nurse supervision at the University Crossing location. Qualifications

• Florida license is required for practice.
• Current Basic Life Support certification required.
• Experience assisting patients in skilled nursing settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accepts assignment and delegation from nurses based on patient care plan.
• Answer patient call lights and provide direct ADL care.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility as needed.
• Provide oral hygiene and grooming to dependent patients.
• Take vital signs and report abnormalities to the nurse.
• Transport patients and assist with therapies as required.
• Maintain clean, safe environment and protect patient privacy.
• Document patient care activities and I/O according to policy.
