Osceola Senior Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide direct resident care in alignment with the Care Plan at Osceola Regional Health Center. You will assist with daily activities, monitor residents, and support the care team to promote dignity and safety.

The ideal candidate has or is pursuing a high school diploma or GED, CNA certification, CPR (preferred), and complete abuse certifications within six months. This part-time role offers a friendly team and benefits.

Formación

• HS diploma or GED preferred; or currently a student age 16 or older.
• CNA certification preferred or needs to be obtained within 4 months of hire.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Child/Adult Abuse certification required within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Communicates effectively with residents, patients, families, and coworkers to protect and promote each resident’s dignity, individuality, and rights.
• Recognizes and honors the resident’s choice, privacy, dignity, and independence.
• Assists residents with daily needs and treatments per Care Plan and established procedures.
• Performs or assists with specific medical care activities to support the resident’s plan of care.
• Performs safety and infection control procedures to ensure a safe environment.
• Understands facility plans and supports daily operations and facility functions.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Exhibits CREATE principles.
