Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered nursing care during the scheduled shift in assisted living.
• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming and meals.
• Record and communicate vital signs and changes to the charge nurse.
• Assist with transferring, mobility and range of motion as needed.
