Job summary

Benedictine Living Community-Ada is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - NAR to deliver direct resident care with dignity and respect. You will monitor conditions, report changes to the RN or LPN, and maintain accurate notes in the POC system.

This role requires good communication, English literacy, and BLS certification. We value teamwork, reliability, and compassionate patient-centered care within our nonprofit senior care setting across the upper Midwest.

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.
