Job summary

Lindside Healthcare Center in Lindside, WV, part of the CommuniCare Family, is seeking a compassionate Part-Time CNA to join our dedicated nursing team. You will provide personal and nursing care per the resident care plan, support daily activities, and help maintain a safe, respectful environment for residents.

Qualified applicants are high school graduates or GED holders and graduates of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED or equivalent.
• Graduate of an approved Nurse Aide Training Program.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and receive resident reports at start/end of shift.
• Provide personal/nursing care in accordance with resident care plan.
• Facilitate and conduct activities.
• Monitor & respond to resident requests and needs in a dignified and respectful manner.
• Maintain a clean and pleasant environment for residents.
• Assist in preparing residents for activities.
