Job summary

Radford Green at Sedgebrook in Lincolnshire, IL is recruiting a hospitality-focused CNA to join our team. This position provides direct nursing care to residents and oversees care provided by Quality of Life Specialists.

Shift is 6:30AM-2:30PM (8 hours), Part Time with every other weekend and some weekdays. Rate of pay is $19-$25 per hour, depending on experience. Illinois state registry registration is required.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of an IL State approved nursing assistant training program.
• Registration with Illinois State registry required.
• Prior geriatric nursing aide experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists residents with dressing, grooming, eating, bathing, positioning, turning, toileting and exercising.
• Gives treatments, performs tests, carries out procedures and collects specimens as instructed.
• Reports and records observations and results of treatments, tests, procedures and specimens when indicated.
• Transfers, transports and escorts residents as needed.
• Answers signal lights promptly.
• Changes bed linens, makes beds and keeps rooms clean and orderly.
