Shadelands Post Acute in Walnut Creek is hiring a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our clinical team. You will provide routine daily nursing care, assist residents with daily activities, and support a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

Starting pay ranges from $22 to $25 per hour, DOE. This role emphasizes teamwork, professional growth, and a stable healthcare setting in a convenient Walnut Creek location.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in California is required.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services according to resident assessment and care plan.
• Identify residents before performing treatments or meals using wristband or photo ID.
• Document in flow sheets, notes, and charts with clear, descriptive entries.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Maintain resident rooms, assist with transfers, and help with daily activities as needed.
• Ensure confidentiality of resident information and report any breaches.
