Job summary

Bay Colony Community Association, Inc. is seeking a skilled part-time Clubhouse Maintenance Assistant to join the Facilities team. The role covers installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs and general facility support for the Beach Club.

Responsibilities include minor construction, preventative maintenance, logging, and coordinating with management. Requires English communication, 2+ years’ experience, and a valid driver’s license; flexibility for long hours during peak season is

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of building mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor construction, maintenance and routine preventative maintenance (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry).
• Provide miscellaneous support (furniture, small appliance repair, loading/unloading, mail/packages).
• Inspect work, estimate labor/material costs and process billing paperwork.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance inspections and submit reports.
• Maintain maintenance, inventory and repair logs.
• Use hand, power, and test tools or equipment.
• Transport workers to housing complex and run errands as needed.
• Maintain and report on vehicle condition and upkeep.
• Follow traffic regulations and attend food/beverage meetings.
• Report to work in uniform and in accordance with policies.
• All other duties as assigned.
