St. Joseph's Villa in Richmond, VA seeks a Clinical Supervisor to assist with managing all clinical aspects of Day Treatment Community Based and Day Treatment School-Based Services. The role emphasizes clinical quality compliance, staff supervision, and program operations within a systems-based framework.

Flexible work schedule; hourly rate $30-$35. Required: MS in Psychology, Social Work or related field, Virginia license (LCSW/LPC) or license-eligible, 5 years relevant experience, 3 years

Qualificações

• MS in Psychology, Social Work or related human services field.
• Virginia license (LCSW or LPC) or license-eligible.
• Five years experience with relevant population.
• Three years supervisory experience.
• Proficiency with Windows, MS Office.
• Knowledge of Medicaid, DBHDS and Human Rights.
• Valid Virginia driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Designs appropriate level of care and interventions for each client.
• Ensures clinical and case management staff are trained in selected intervention techniques.
• Oversees client documentation including clinical summaries and ISPs to ensure effective services.
• Ensures compliance with DMAS, DBHDS, Human Rights and COA through file reviews and outcomes.
• Supports licensing, certification and accreditation efforts.
• Leads community engagement and wraparound services.
• Develops and delivers in-service trainings to improve staff competencies.
