Axes Physical Therapy in Washington, MO is seeking a part-time Clinical Technician (Aide) to support front desk and clinical operations. The role focuses on clinic cleanliness, patient experience, and teamwork under supervision of the Clinical Director.

You'll assist with scheduling, phones, EMR tasks, and daily upkeep, enabling therapists to focus on patient care. This flexible, student-friendly position offers exposure to physical therapy settings and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Some college experience in healthcare field preferred.
• Prior experience working within a physical therapy setting preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to move continuously throughout the day, including standing, walking, stooping, bending, squatting and lifting objects over 50 lbs. frequently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain clinic appearance and upkeep under direction of the Clinical Director.
• Improve patient/client experience through concierge-like customer service
• Facilitate and assist with patient interaction as directed by supervising PT
• Assist front office staff with answering phones, greeting patients, scheduling
• Improve clinic upkeep by assisting PT with digital technology and EMR
