Job summary

Sunset Park Community Services in Brooklyn seeks a part-time Clinical Supervisor to provide a balanced mix of clinical treatment, supervision and administrative leadership within an OMH-licensed MHOTRS program.

You will support day-to-day operations, ensure documentation meets OMH standards, and supervise LPHA staff while maintaining a small clinical caseload. Opportunities for leadership development exist.

Qualifications

• Current NYS clinical license in a qualifying field (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT).
• Experience supervising clinicians in outpatient settings.
• Familiarity with OMH MHOTRS program requirements.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing clinical and administrative supervision to LPHA staff.
• Support clinicians in assessment, treatment planning, risk assessment, and case management.
• Review clinical documentation for OMH and agency compliance, accuracy and timeliness.
• Offer consultation on complex cases and crisis situations; coach staff development.
• Assist with program operations and policy adherence; participate in quality initiatives.
• Maintain a small clinical caseload consistent with part-time duties.
• Coordinate care with internal/external providers and referrals as needed.
