Job summary

Sanford Health in Marshfield, WI is offering a part-time, on-site clinical research position focused on cancer prevention and epidemiologic studies. You will coordinate trials, recruit participants, screen and interview, schedule visits, and assist with biospecimen collection under supervision.

Bachelor's degree in biology, microbiology or related field is required; 2 years of clinical or clinical research experience preferred; LPN license may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology, microbiology or related field.
• Minimum two years of clinical or clinical research experience or four to six years of relevant work experience required.
• If an LPN, currently holds an unencumbered LPN license with state nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate various aspects of clinical trials, including participant recruitment calls, screening and interviewing, scheduling study visits and biospecimen collection.
• Assist and organize components of study procedures and data collection under protocol.
• Monitor enrollment goals and update sponsors/CROs as needed; maintain logs for screening/enrollment.
• Review eligibility criteria and ensure protocol procedures are followed; prepare case report forms for sponsor review.
• Ensure insurance pre-authorization for study participation and collaborate with investigators to ensure safety and compliance.
• Document and maintain all study-related procedures and data in the trial data capture system; perform data entry and resolve data queries.
• Schedule and participate in sponsor monitoring visits and audits; manage trial supply inventories.
• Occasional local travel between sites and supervision of students may be required.
