Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) required.
• Two years of healthcare pharmacy experience preferred.
• Current Pharmacy Licensure in work state required.
• ASHP residency or board certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide medication therapy management in collaboration with care teams.
• Maintain competency in drug therapy for diverse patient populations.
• Utilize Cerner and other systems to support safe medication use.
• Supervise technicians and interns as assigned.
