Job summary

Live Well Homecare is seeking an RN to provide comprehensive nursing care on an orthopedic unit. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care within established standards, educating patients and families on illness management and post-treatment care.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans, ensuring safety and quality compliance, while maintaining a 4:1 patient-nurse ratio and fostering a positive unit culture focused on professional growth

Qualifications

• Graduate of a nursing program with RN licensure.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Experience preferred but not required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing is a plus.
• Ability to work safely in a safety-sensitive environment.
