Crestwood Eureka is seeking a part-time Clinical Director to lead and coordinate our rehabilitation program. The role ensures compliance, timely reporting, and delivery of comprehensive mental health services in alignment with each client’s treatment plan.

The position requires California licensure (LMFT, LCSW, or Clinical Psychologist) and at least two years of mental health experience or relevant training, including program development for severe mental illness.

Qualifications

• Current California licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or Clinical Psychologist.
• Two years' experience or training in a mental health setting; one year shall include experience or training in program development for persons with severe and persistent mental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates the rehabilitation program and ensures compliance with policies and procedures.
• Ensures the full spectrum of mental health services during length of stay and treatment per treatment plan.
• Provides in-service training as needed and supervises program staff.
