Responsibilities
- Clinical Nutrition Care: perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop care plans to promote recovery and health.
- Education: provide nutrition guidance to residents, families, staff, and community.
- Evidence-Based Practice: apply latest research in line with diet manual and facility protocols.
- Quality & Performance Improvement: contribute to QAPI initiatives to advance resident care.
- Collaboration & Service Excellence: work with food service management to meet resident satisfaction goals.
- Mentorship & Professional Development: support growth of staff and dietetic interns where applicable.
