Job summary

Aramark Healthcare+ is seeking a Part-Time Clinical Dietitian at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center- Hillcrest in Waco, TX, with flexible hours and weekday/weekend options.

You will work with the hospital’s healthcare teams to deliver evidence-based nutrition care, educate patients and families, and support nutrition protocols across units.

This role offers hands-on clinical experience in a busy hospital environment and opportunities to pursue advanced practice credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in nutrition or related field.
• Registered Dietitian (RD) certification or RD eligible.
• At least one year of clinical experience preferred.
• Licensed Dietitian status in Texas or able to obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Passion for improving patient outcomes through high-quality nutrition care.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient's nutritional status and develop individualized nutrition plans based on medical history and specific needs.
• Provide education and counseling to patients and families on proper nutrition and healthy eating habits.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement clinical nutrition protocols and best practices.
• Monitor patients' progress and adjust nutrition plans as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research in clinical nutrition.
