Qualifikationen

• Customer-focused with strong prospecting and relationship-building.
• Able to work in a diverse work environment.
• Passionate about selling and driving new traffic.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Professional, assertive, and able to decide independently.
• Able to lift at least 40 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Available at least 20 hours per week.

Aufgaben

• Create and foster a culture of hospitality through exceptional customer experiences.
• Support service enhancers to build relationships.
• Achieve sales and service metrics in Clientelling/Outreach, Appointment Setting, Talbots Classic Awards.
• Plan and prioritize tasks and responsibilities to meet customer needs.
• Share current products and fashion trends with customers to wardrobe and build trust.
• Lead or supervise others on occasion and open/close the store.
• Represent the brand image professionally.
