Job summary

Voda is seeking two reliable part-time Cleaning Technicians to work on a wall-cleaning project in downtown Cape Coral. The role is hands-on and physical, with training provided and no prior experience required.

Schedule offers 3 days per week, with potential to work up to 5 days for strong performers. Transportation to the Cape Coral site is required, and candidates must pass a background check and drug test.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation to the job site in downtown Cape Coral.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
• Able to stand, reach overhead, bend, and perform repetitive motion; comfortable using ladders or extension poles.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow directions.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous cleaning/janitorial/painting/construction experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Mop and wash walls using company cleaning equipment and solutions.
• Prep work areas and protect floors and fixtures.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE as required.
• Keep the job site clean and organized.
• Work as a team to complete assigned areas on schedule.
• Report any damage or concerns to the crew lead.
• Hold self and others accountable for maintaining company standards.
