City Wide Jani Inc. in Aurora, Illinois seeks reliable part-time custodians for medical facilities. Evening shifts 6:00pm–8:00pm, Mon-Fri with some weekends.

Pay is $16.00 per hour with Paid Training, 401K Matching, and Payactiv. Must pass a background check and drug test; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; vehicle recommended but not mandatory. Safety and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Custodial experience required 1–2 years.
• Able to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Must pass background check and drug test.
• Evening shifts and some weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to OSHA and maximum safety procedures.
• Empty trash from receptacles.
• Clean and sterilize restrooms and exam rooms.
• Sweep, mop and vacuum floors and carpet.
• Dust windowsills and air vents.
• Sterilize high-use areas to reduce bacteria spread.
• Maintain grounds surrounding the property.
• Perform other duties as delegated by Supervisor.
• Secure building and set alarm.
• Inspect equipment and report repairs.

• Dust windowsills, air vents and any other area.
• Sterilize all high use areas to reduce the spread of bacteria and any other harmful agents
• Maintain the grounds surrounding the property
• Perform other duties as delegated by Supervisor
• Secure building upon completion and set alarm
• Inspect equipment and communicate the need for repairs or replacements to Operations Manager

• Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risk and exposure to hazardous chemicals
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to pass a drug test
• Vehicle required. But not mandatory
