Pinnacle Cleaning in Johnstown, PA, is seeking a part-time Cleaning Supervisor to support quality control across facilities. The role includes conducting monthly quality checks, coordinating with the Regional Manager, and assisting with training and coverage as needed.

The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of commercial cleaning experience, strong communication skills, and leadership abilities. Benefits available for eligible full-time staff.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct monthly Quality Checks of assigned facilities under the Regional Manager.
• Inspect properties, photograph strong performance and areas needing attention, submit via JM app.
• Identify cleaning issues, problem-solve, and correct concerns immediately when possible.
• Communicate inspection results to janitorial staff and provide feedback for improvement.
• Assist with training new hires and retraining current staff.
• Fill in for cleaning staff during time-off or call-offs.
• Manage and maintain supplies and equipment, stock locations, and communicate needs.
