Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Ability to safely operate carpet care and hard floor care equipment; trash removal equipment and ladders if needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain internal cleanliness of the community, including high dusting and fixture cleaning.
• Perform exterior tasks such as pressure washing and landscaping as needed.
