Job summary

FBG Service Corporation is seeking a Cleaner-Float for a part-time role in Des Moines. You will clean assigned areas, dust, vacuum, sanitize bathrooms, mop floors, and follow safety procedures. Must have a valid driver's license and car insurance; E-Verify is required. Training will be provided and weekly pay is guaranteed.

The position requires travel to various job sites, reliable attendance, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. 18+ years old and background check clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have valid driver's license.
• Must have car insurance.
• Required Work Authorization in the United States, FBG conducts E-Verify on every new employee.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Travels to various job sites.
• Responsible for cleaning an assigned area: dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, spot cleaning, emptying wastebaskets and mopping floors and other duties as assigned.
• Complete cleaning tasks using appropriate methods, equipment and chemicals.
• Attendance and Punctuality are essential functions of the position.
