Qualifications

• Experience with general cleaning tasks (dusting, mopping, vacuuming, sanitizing).
• Ability to follow cleaning checklists and client preferences.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication to interact with clients and understand requirements.
• Physical stamina to lift/move cleaning items and move furniture if needed.
• Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Previous experience in residential/commercial cleaning is a plus.
