ESS Clean, Inc. is hiring Part-Time Cleaners for the Bloomington Normal, Illinois area. Positions offer evening shifts with approximately 12–15 hours per week and focus on keeping offices, restrooms, classrooms, and common areas clean and well maintained.

Experience is helpful but not required; training is provided. You can expect to work dependable, consistent hours in a role that keeps you active and contributes to a positive, growth‑oriented team environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, restrooms, classrooms, common areas and other assigned spaces.
• Empty trash and replace liners.
• Dust and wipe surfaces.
• Clean and disinfect high-touch areas.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Clean entry areas and interior glass.
• Restock paper products and other supplies.
• Follow site-specific cleaning and safety procedures.
• Complete assigned work within scheduled shift.
• Communicate with supervisor if something needs attention.

Current Openings

• Monday–Friday: 5:30 PM–8:30 PM — approximately 15 hours per week
• Monday–Friday: 6:00 PM–8:30 PM — approximately 12.5 hours per week
• Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 5:30 PM start — approximately 3 hours per shift / 9 hours per week
• Tuesday & Friday: 5:30 PM start — approximately 3 hours per shift / 6 hours per week

Interested in Floor Care?

One of our positions focuses on floor care (including carpet care, staircases, mopping, and maintaining hard-surface floors). If you like physical work, don't mind staying active, and enjoy being able to see the results of what you've accomplished, this could be a great assignment for you. Experience is helpful, but we'll train the right person!

What You’ll Do

Your exact responsibilities will depend on your assigned location, but typical assignments include things like:

• Cleaning offices, restrooms, classrooms, common areas, and other assigned spaces
