Duties and Responsibilities:

• Janitorial (3 days a week – 18 hours a week)
• Pick up and trash on property (3x per week)
• Clean trash enclosure area (2x per week)
• Clean pool recreation area (2x per week)
• Clean corridors/breezeways/hallways (1x per week)
• Clean Laundry Facilities (2x per week)
• Clean Mailbox area (1x per week)
• Wipe surfaces - As needed
• Clean storage area (1x per week)
• Landscaping x2/month
• Tree trimming not included in weekly scope
• Minor plumbing, minor electrical duties, painting, dry wall

• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Minimum age 18, with at least a high school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to complete pre-employment drug test and if hired, random drug testing
• Ability to pass criminal background checkFlexible and adapt well to change
