Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a part-time Custodian PT to perform a range of custodial duties for C&W Services. You will sweep, mop, vacuum, clean bathrooms, and restock supplies under the supervision of the Custodial Manager or Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Basic cleaning responsibilities requires no previous experience.
• Must be able to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.
• Requires attention to detail and pride in delivering excellent service, organization and high energy.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and other surfaces inside buildings.
• Operate light and heavy floor buffers and shampoo machines.
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas; spot clean and shampoo rugs as directed.
• Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, and other surfaces; high dusting as required.
• Wash windowsills and glass; clean interior walls and doors daily.
• Restock bathroom supplies and maintain restrooms.
• Monitor defects (e.g., clogged urinals, lights) and report to supervisors.
• Collect and dispose of building trash; replace liners as needed.
• Clear snow from entrances and walkways when directed.
• Perform periodic high-dusting, leather and wood polishing, wall washing.
