AB Facility Service is seeking a part-time Day Cleaner for a client located in Norfolk, VA. The role involves cleaning indoors and performing routine maintenance to ensure spaces are clean, safe, and well-kept. You will work Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 4 PM to 8 PM.

Responsibilities include vacuuming carpets and hard floors, spot-cleaning spots, sanitizing areas, and removing trash. Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S. This is a part-time position with competitive hourly pay.

Mansioni

• Vacuum all carpets wall to wall.
• Remove spots from carpet with standard spotting.
• Sweep all hard surface floors.
• Clean and sanitize drinking areas.
• Spot clean metal doorframes and door tracks.
• Remove fingerprints from elevator doors.
• Clean all open stairwell surfaces.
• Damp mop all hard surface floors.
• Clean all entrance door glass on both sides and polish frames.
• Dust all ledges.
• Vacuum entrance.
• Polish all brass and metal.
• Remove all trash collected.
• Clean and deodorize trash containers.
• Miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Essential Functions:

• Cleans and maintains buildings/facilities.
• Notifies managers concerning the need for minor or major repairs.
• Establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.
• Complies with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities.
• Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.

• Sweep all hard surface floors.
• Clean and sanitize drinking.

Shift & Pay:

• Shift: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 4PM-8PM
• Type: Part-time position
  
• Pay: $12.77 per hour
