Job summary

B&T Building Services in Coudersport, PA is hiring for part-time cleaning positions. Schedule: Tuesday and Friday, 5 PM – 7:30 PM, 5 hours per week, with weekly pay at $14.50/hour. This role involves custodial duties and requires attention to detail and reliability.

Relocation is not offered and travel is not required. The part-time custodian will maintain cleanliness of the building, follow safety guidelines, and report to the Area Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial cleaning is helpful but not required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift items if needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial duties: sweeping, mopping, vacuuming floors.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Empty trash and dispose of waste properly.
• Dust and wipe desks, tables, and windowsills; maintain common areas.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
