Job summary

B&T Building Services is hiring part-time custodians for mounting Pleasant, PA, with 25 hours per week, 9 PM to 2 AM, at $16/hour, paid weekly. This role supports building cleanliness across offices and facilities in a team environment, reporting to the Area Manager.

Ideal candidates have prior cleaning experience, reliability, and the ability to work independently on a second/third shift. Benefits include comprehensive coverage and opportunity for growth.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred, with reliable attendance.
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
• Good time management skills to prioritize work effectively.
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning duties and lift as needed.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.

• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, including desks, tables, and windowsills.
