Qualifications

Responsibilities

• The IA Paraprofessional provides instructional, clerical, and supervisory support in the classroom setting under the direction of certified teachers and building administrators.
• This role assists in classroom operations, student engagement, materials preparation, and non-instructional supervision to promote a well-managed, inclusive learning environment.
• The paraprofessional ensures students have equitable access to instructional content, supports school-wide events and activities, and upholds district standards for safety, confidentiality, and collaboration.
