SmartConnect Qatar seeks a skilled Civil Engineer to join as a part-time Construction Coordinator in Las Vegas. You will oversee projects from start to finish, coordinate with contractors and ensure safety and budget adherence, delivering timely results in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree with 3+ years in construction management and can work independently. Malayalam speakers are preferred; English proficiency is not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in construction management.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, codes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects in the Las Vegas area from start to finish.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors and other stakeholders.
• Review project plans and specifications to ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and identify any issues or delays.
• Manage project budgets and report on financial performance.
• Communicate effectively with team members clients and other stakeholders.
